3. User Accounts and Eligibility

6. File Retention

- Uploaded files: Are removed instantly after conversion
- Generated files: Converted output files are removed instantly upon download
- No permanent storage: We do not archive or permanently store your content
You are responsible for downloading and backing up your converted files. Adoneinu is not responsible for any data loss resulting from automatic file deletion.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Your Content
You retain all rights to the content you upload and convert using Markdown Converter Workspace. By using the Service, you grant Adoneinu a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the conversion service.
7.2 Service Content
The Markdown Converter Workspace Service, including its design, code, themes, logos, and documentation, is owned by Adoneinu and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Markdown Converter Workspace is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adoneinu disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

- Content you upload or transmit through the Service
11. Termination
Adoneinu may suspend or terminate your access to Markdown Converter Workspace at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We are not obligated to provide you with access to any content you may have uploaded.
